Enquiries are usually answered the same day. Mornings are flight time, so messages sent before about 10:00 are typically answered once the crew is back from the field.
On the day of your flight, contact us by WhatsApp. Weather decisions are communicated the evening before and confirmed early on the morning itself.

Take the N1 towards Paarl, exit at the R304 Stellenbosch turn-off, then follow the R304 south. Klein Joostenberg is on your left. Allow 30 to 40 minutes on empty pre-dawn roads.
Follow the R304 north towards Klapmuts and Joostenberg Vlakte for roughly 15 minutes. Klein Joostenberg is on your right.
Free on-site parking is available in the lot. Arrive at the time given on your e-ticket — balloon launches cannot wait for late arrivals.
