Pre-flight coffee, a full safety briefing, a ground crew and chase vehicle, transfer back to the launch site, and a sparkling wine celebration after landing. Breakfast is not included on the Gift Voucher, Sunrise Package or September Special.

Every flight needs a licensed commercial pilot, a ground crew, a chase vehicle, propane, aviation insurance and an aircraft maintained on a strict certification schedule.
Balloons launch only in the calm air around sunrise, and a single balloon carries a handful of guests per morning. The price reflects a low-volume, high-cost operation, not a theme park ride.
Sunrise flights are secured with a non-refundable R250 per ticket admin fee paid by EFT or SnapScan. Full upfront payment is not accepted.
The balance is settled on site by card machine on the morning of your flight. There are no hidden costs on the day.
